What is the CEA Earthquake Brace + Bolt Program?
We are official contractors in the California Earthquake Authority’s Earthquake Brace + Bolt program, in which you may be eligible to receive $3,000 toward the seismic retrofitting of your home.
The CEA Earthquake Brace + Bolt program will help a limited number of qualifying homeowners in certain California Zip Codes.

Our involvement with the Earthquake Brace + Bolt program began in 2009 with a CEA mitigation scoping session.
Since its official launch in 2013, we have completed over 700 retrofits with the program, spanning across 47 different districts.
